This internship is available via the Job Bridge scheme. Ref no. INTE-633901 (www.jobbridge.ie).
The intern will gain practical experience in how sustainable development impacts on food, on policies and practices regarding food and bio-diversity, on how to engage a campus community with issues, on how to research and formulate policy, on event organisation and deployment of approaches to sustainable food. The Intern will also develop marketing and communication, community development and co-ordination skills. The Intern will learn what is involved in supporting and promoting personal and organisational behavioural change.
Passion and interest in/about Sustainable Development, interest in how to motivate and engage a community to change, self-reliant, organised, good communicator, ICT skills, creative.
This is an Internship. An allowance of €50 per week will be paid in addition to your current Social Welfare payment.
